Study On Cash Flow Management Of High-tech Enterprise T Company

In the increasingly volatile market environment,the importance of cash flow is gradually becoming apparent.Cash flow is the foundation and blood of the company,and benign cash flow can help the company to develop sustainably.As one of the necessary components of corporate financial management,the level of cash flow management will undoubtedly have a significant impact on the survival and development of enterprises.A large number of studies have shown that as a manifestation of business results,the cash flow situation affects the survival and development of enterprises to a large extent,and the efficient cash flow management ability helps the company to grow and develop,Poor management of the flow can have serious consequences and even lead to bankruptcy.However,in practice,many enterprises in China still regard profit as the main pursuit target,and do not pay much attention to cash flow management.In order to protect the healthy development of enterprises,it is necessary to improve the level of cash flow management of enterprises.Based on the industry characteristics of high-tech enterprises,their cash flow shows high volatility and difficulty in forecasting,and the requirements for cash flow management level are therefore higher.This paper selects the high-tech enterprise T company as the research object,and combines the data of T company from 2013 to 2017,through case study,qualitative and quantitative analysis,etc.,firstly discusses the basic situation,organizational structure and cash flow management of the company in detail.Based on the current situation,the paper discusses the problems of low capital utilization and unreasonable cash flow structure of the company and the specific reasons for these problems.Finally,it proposes improvement suggestions for the situation of T company cash flow management.This article takes T company as the research object,and hopes that the research of the company can provide some guidance and reference for other high-tech enterprises to improve the cash flow management level.
