Research On Risk Control Strategy Optimization Of D Company's Financial Leasing Project

In recent years,the domestic financial leasing industry has been growing rapidly and the scale of financial leasing assets has been expanding continuously.However,due to the large number of subjects,complex process,large amount of capital and long cycle of financial leasing business,the risks faced are complex and diverse.In the process of development,many risk problems have also been exposed.How to effectively control the risks of financial leasing projects has become the basis for the survival and development of financial leasing companies.Foundation and key.Therefore,this paper takes D company as an example to analyze and study the risk control strategy of financial leasing project.The core content of this paper is based on the theory of comprehensive risk management and information asymmetry to put forward the optimized and improved risk control strategy of financial leasing projects,in order to improve the ability to prevent and respond to various risks of financial leasing projects.Firstly,this paper briefly expounds the characteristics of financial leasing,the related theories and methods of risk control,the risk generation mechanism,risk types and basic risk prevention strategies of financial leasing projects.Then,combined with the current situation of risk control of D company's financial leasing project,this paper deeply analyses the problems and causes of risk control of D company's financial leasing project,and puts forward the optimization strategy of risk control of D company's financial leasing project.Finally,through the practical application of a wind power financing lease project of D Company,the effectiveness of the risk control optimization strategy proposed in this paper is verified.
