Because the innovation network is the result of the innovative search of different enterprises and the interaction of various factors in the market,the balance of knowledge search in the innovation network is a very complex problem,involving many complex factors such as innovative network structure,innovative network relationship,and innovative search process.In order to explore the influence of knowledge search balance and innovation network synergy evolution on innovation performance,and the contingency impact of knowledge diffusion rate and knowledge decentralization degree,this paper analyzes the complex adaptive characteristics of innovation network based on the theory of complex adaptive system theory and establishes innovation and establishes the three-stage adaptive behavior rules of "knowledge search-knowledge transfer-knowledge innovation" in enterprises in the innovation network.On this basis,this paper uses dynamic weighted scale-free network model and Agent-based simulation method to model the dynamic evolution process of innovation network and innovation performance under punctuated equilibrium and ambidexterity of enterprise knowledge search,and model simulation and data result analysis were carried out using Netlogo software.The results show that,(1)the knowledge search balance and innovation network have the synergistic evolution effect,and the innovation network relationship under the punctuated equilibrium is more closely evolved and the innovation performance is higher;(2)the rate of knowledge diffusion and the degree of knowledge decentralization will affect the promotion of knowledge growth and innovation performance in the network,as the rate of knowledge diffusion and the degree of decentralization increase,the punctuated equilibrium becomes more and more advantageous.According to the results of the research,the paper finally proposes policy recommendations and management strategies from three levels:state,industry and enterprise.
