Large-scale industrial products are also called complex new products because of its complicated development process, which means more institution and resources would be required, As global economy developing rapidly, industry cluster happened. The development of complex new product usually occurred with industry cluster, which means companies have put emphasize on the overall capability of its own industry cluster when improving its own performance. In the industry cluster network, similar institutions get together creating, exchanging, sharing and using knowledge with other institutions. Industry cluster networks developing all the time, which will experience processes as netting, growing, getting mature, failing and renewing.In this article we will focus on the dynamic evolution of industrial cluster knowledge network and study the institutions in this cluster. From the angle of knowledge fluency, I take the evolutionary process, structure character and innovation strategy into consideration and study their influence on the innovation performance. The purpose is to provide practical suggestion to companies through studying the influence factors to complex new products.Dynamic model of cluster knowledge network evolution has been built, where real-time knowledge exchange will be added to simulate the realistic cluster network. Based on MATLAB, the overall evolution process of complex knowledge network evolution has been conducted and the factors that will influence the innovation process have been studied.There are three models in this paper: Test one has built a network evolution process; Test two has studied the evolution process; Test three used different interaction strategy to research their influence on the innovation performance. The conclusions were based on the simulation results and have a good guidance to improve the innovation performance of companies.Finally, based on the simulation result, the real case of Shan'xi aircraft industry cluster knowledge network was analyzed and made a quantities analyze to the whole industries' development and the current situation. Suggestion was brought out to get a better development from the term of innovation.The main innovation is concluded as follow:(1) Connection of dynamic network evolution and real-time knowledge exchangeBased on the literature reading, I found the most of the researches would depart the dynamic network evolution and real-time knowledge exchange away. However, reality shows that institutions in the cluster have always exchange knowledge and these two factors should be studied as together. This article has brought the knowledge exchange and network dynamic evolution together and brings the institution innovation to a brand new view.(2) Exhaustive simulation models, value the significance of researchThere are three simulation tests in this article that developed in proper sequence. All the tests are realized by MATLAB and the conclusion has got through different simulation test design, environment factors control. Also, the realistic meaning has also been combined with the simulation conclusion, case study the Shan'xi aircraft industry cluster to provide the company practical development strategies.
