Research On The Development Of The Charitable Trust Business Of ZJ

From 2017 to now,the key words of the whole financial industry are strong supervision,deleveraging and risk prevention.As far as the trust industry is concerned,it has become an irreversible trend to break through the original business of hard cash,channel removal and return to management.Therefore,how to find the business breakthrough of innovation and transformation under the new regulatory environment has become the focus of attention of trust companies.Based on the above background,how to develop charitable trust business in ZJ Trust has become the purpose of this paper.The research focus of this paper is on the premise of explaining the prospects of charitable trust and realizing the transaction process,analyzing the particularity of the existing industry,combining with its own business development characteristics and the unique needs of the company's development,designing innovative business types in line with the company's business development and development,so as to improve the company's Market competitiveness.According to the principle of combining theory with practice,this paper innovates on the basis of previous studies.In domestic charitable trust,the proportion of companies filing for charitable trust issuance in the industry is relatively low,and most of them are well-known in the industry for many years to actively carry out old-brand trust companies including listed companies' equity pledge trust,land trust,family trust and other innovative products.This paper studies the innovative transformation of traditional trust companies in charitable trust business from multiple perspectives,and seeks the feasibility and solutions of the development path.
