Cashmere is known as "soft gold" because of its slender,soft characteristics and the scarcity of production.With the improvement of residents' living standards,the demand for cashmere for high-grade textile raw materials has increased rapidly.Faced with the increasing demand for cashmere at home and abroad,the development of the cashmere industry has ushered in opportunities.However,the quality of cashmere has dropped sharply,the market price of cashmere has fluctuated greatly,and the income of cashmere goat farmers has become increasingly prominent,which has seriously restricted the development of cashmere industry.As a supplier of cashmere,cashmere goat farmers lay the foundation for the development of cashmere industry.Therefore,studying the cashmere production and sales behavior of cashmere goat farmers will help the cashmere goat farmers to increase their income and help to increase their production enthusiasm,which is also of great significance to the development of the cashmere industry.Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the production and marketing behavior of farmers,this paper selects the Ura Zhongqi,one of the representative cashmere production areas in Inner Mongolia,as the research area.According to the data obtained from field research,descriptive statistics are used.Methods,from the selection of cashmere goat breeds,the choice of cashmere goat breeding methods,the selection of cashmere goat breeding scale,the production factor input of cashmere goat farmers,the selection of cashmere production technology,the production of cashmere goat farmers and the selection of cashmere sales channels And the pricing method of cashmere sales price,etc.,analyze the production and sales behavior of Wulate Middle Banner special flag cashmere goat farmers in Bayan Nur City,and find the main factors affecting their production behavior and sales behavior.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)The rational and irrational behaviors of farmers' production and marketing behavior in cashmere supply coexist,(2)Most cashmere goat farmers choose stocking methods.Funds,pastures,labor,and price fluctuations have become the main factors affecting farmers' choice of breeding scale.It is not easy for fanmers to obtain loans.The sample farmers have a small labor input,a large age,a low level of education,and a majority of fanners without employed labor.The enthusiasm of farmers to participate in technical training is not high,and very few use cashmere production technology.There are very few sample farmers participating in the cashmere production cooperatives.The lack of local and cooperatives is the main reason why they did not participate.(3)Cashmere goat farmers sell a single channel of cashmere.The main factors affecting the sales choice of farmers are:the number of sales channels,cooperation habits,information channels to obtain sales channels,and payment status of cashmere purchasers.The quality,market conditions and bargaining power of cashmere will affect the pricing of cashmere goats.In response to the above results,the following policy recommendations are proposed:(1)Farmers should cooperate with environmental protection policies,develop housing farming,improve the quality of labor,actively participate in cashmere production training,use cashmere production technology,expand sales channels,and improve their bargaining power.(2)Government and enterprises,increase the subsidies for improved varieties,promote the form of high-quality and high-price market,increase high-quality training,and support the development of cashmere production cooperatives.
