| Under the background of the supply-side structural reform and the transformation of the old and the new drivers,the traditional industry,as the main support of the economic development,must improve the quality benefit and realize the transformation and upgrading.At the same time,science and technology service industry,as the important infrastructure of the new economy,is becoming one of the new driving forces of economic growth.How to make use of the agglomeration effect of science and technology service industry to help industry transform from factor-driven to innovation-driven is worth exploring.For the agglomeration of science and technology service industry,this paper uses the location entropy calculated by the proportion of employees in science and technology service industry in each city to measure the agglomeration;for the upgrading of industry,using the existing research results and the "13th Five-Year Plan"industrial development indicators for reference,eight indicators are selected from the four aspects of industrial quality and efficiency,industrial structure,technological innovation and energy saving and emission reduction.On this basis,this paper analyzes the influence of the agglomeration of science and technology service industry on industrial upgrading,and puts forward three mechanisms,namely,technology spillover effect,learning effect and human capital effect.Finally,the influence of the agglomeration of science and technology service industry on industrial upgrading is tested empirically.Then,according to the above three mechanisms,the regression model is established on the basis of theoretical analysis,and the indexes are selected to measure the three effects.Also the three effects are verified by empirical evidence.Through empirical analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:first,the agglomeration of science and technology service industry has indeed significantly promoted industrial upgrading;Second,the results of mechanism exploration show that the agglomeration of science and technology service industry is beneficial to promote technology spillover,promote the increase of R&D investment in science and technology and promote the upgrading of human capital,thus promoting industrial upgrading,among which the effect of technology spillover is the most obvious.Then there is the learning effect and the human capital effect in turn.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,the paper proposes that industrial transformation and upgrading can be effectively promoted by improving the agglomeration and development level of science and technology service industry,starting from attracting and cultivating scientific talents,increasing R&D investment,perfecting technology mechanism of transfer incentive and intellectual property protection.For areas that are relatively backward in technology,the government needs to help develop science and technology through increasing financial and technical spending.This paper puts forward that agglomeration of science and technology service industry promotes industrial upgrading through technology spillover effect,learning effect and human capital effect,and tests three kinds of action mechanisms through empirical test,so that the deficiency of the internal mechanism inquiry in the current research can be enriched,.At the same time,this paper uses the data of large and medium-sized cities to carry out research,which fills up the gap that the existing research is mainly based on provincial data and lacks the urban level,so it provides a certain reference for cities to promote industrial upgrading through the development of science and technology service industry. |
