Research On The Constraints And Countermeasures Of Third-party Document&Data Service

With the great change of marketing economy and continuous progress of the Information technology,the concept of pursuing short-term benefits to the enterprises has been continuously enhanced,which has led to the resources concentration,costs control,and the core business evolution strengthen into the response that enterprise has to make in the face of marketing fierce competition,and results in the demand of outsourcing business.Outsourcing has been favored by more and more enterprises with its characteristics of effectively cost reducing and enterprise’s^core competitiveness’s enhancement.Generally,the scope of outsourcing business mainly includes procurement,logistics,information technology,human resources etc.While the third-party document&data outsourcing service as a new emerging outsourcing service has becoming the main force.The advantages of the third-party document&data outsourcing services as a specialized service in the field of document&data information has been widely accepted.Compared with the developed countries in Europe and the United States,the development of third-party document&data services in China is relatively slow,and there also exists gap between the functions of the third-party document&data services in Europe and the United States.The overall development of the third-party document&data services is in an urgent need of improvement.Based on above mentioned reasons,the paper selects to analysis and research on the third-party document&data services’ problem.The paper first quotes the connotation of third-party document&data service,researches the present third-party document&data service and related factors affecting.Secondly,it elaborates the document&data service theory and the third-party document&data service concept from the perspective of the demand and the supplier respectively,and introduces the concept of multivariate statistical analysis;then analyze the development status of third-party document&data services in China,which lays a theoretical foundation for the identification of the constraints;Through the factor analysis of the preliminary questionnaire to determine the constraints,and then using the factor analysis of the formal questionnaire results,the key constraints of the development of third-party document&data services are obtained.Finally,according to the key constraints,combined with the development status and existing problem of third-party document&data services in China,related countermeasure strategies are proposed.Based on the references’ research method,the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods and the questionnaire survey method,add in the qualitative and quantitative identification of the third-party document&data service constraints,the key restriction factors are determined.Enrich the theoretical and apply the research results to enterprise practiee,which will supply reference to the development of third-party document&data services.
