Service Satisfaction Survey And Improvement Strategies Of Nanning Rail Transit

Urban rail transit is important part of public transport and the advantages of fast,convenient,environmental protection and large volume are incomparable to other public transport modes.Urban rail transit is an important public service because it pursues social benefits and has positive externality.State-owned urban rail transit operating enterprises are carriers for local governments to participate in urban public services in a market-oriented manner.They are public sectors that provide public services under the guidance and supervision of local governments.Starting from the connotation of the new public service theory,this paper studies the problems and causes of Nanning rail transit service,and explores the countermeasures to improve the quality of public service and service satisfactionIn this study,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis were used to investigate and analyze the rail transit services in Nanning.It is found that there are deficiencies in information service,convenience and operation management,and specific indicators such as train congestion,operation time and waiting time need to be improved.According to the analysis of the quarter chart model,indicators such as clear guidance and instructions in and out of the station,clear transfer guidance and signs,first and last shift operation time,waiting time,standard security procedures and station order should be given priority.48/5000 Based on the new public management theory,combined with the satisfaction survey and the analysis results of the quarter chart model,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the service quality of Nanning rail transit:the responsible departments should be clearly regulated,the channels for citizens to participate should be broadened,the long-term satisfaction survey mechanism of urban rail transit services should be introduced,and the rail transit operating enterprises should improve the level of public services.The study provides a good guidance for improving the operation level of Nanning rail transit and a certain reference for other cities to improve the service level of rail transit.
