With the development of the economy and the progress of society,especially since housing reform,people have been more and more focused on the environment,which has improved the property management and service industry in our country.China's property management industry has experienced great changes from administrative housing management to market-oriented property management.According to the new property management regulations issued in 2007,the focus of property management has shifted from management to service,which means that the concept of "peopleoriented" has been established in the property management and service industry.At present,in the property management and service industry,many scholars and enterprise managers have focused their attention on the new service mode of introducing the hotel management industry standard into the property management and service industry,which is called "hotel-style property service mode".In this article,the PDCA cycle management is the general principle of management,which is introduced into the serviced property service model,which is a system for the quality control of the hotel property service model.The research object of this paper is the quality control of hotel-style property management and service mode.Based on the PDCA cycle theory,by summarizing the relevant features of hotel-style property management and service mode,the feasibility of PDCA method in hotel-style property management mode is illustrated by case analysis,comprehensive analysis and literature review.Then we introduce the quality of service theory,design a quality control system for TXC properties.Finally,by means of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes and compares the changes of owner satisfaction before and after the implementation of hotel-style property management services,so as to measure the role of TXC's operation quality management system.
