With the continuous improvement of the opening degree of the financial industry in recent years,especially from 2018,China will greatly relax the access of foreign capital into the banking industry,and major commercial banks will face increasingly fierce competition.As one of the three big city commercial banks in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region,Guangxi BBW bank,not only affected by the big five Banks,foreign Banks and other joint-stock Banks,the other two city commercial banks in Guangxi area,especially Guilin bank also bring severe challenges for the future development of Guangxi BBW bank.Therefore,Guangxi BBW Bank must pay attention to the incentive of senior executives to obtain competitive advantages in the open market,constantly innovate relevant incentive models and methods,and establish a comprehensive incentive system to adapt to the future development trend of the bank and changes in the demand of senior executives,in order to attract and retain outstanding executive talent,as a result,Guangxi BBW bank can achieve long-term sustainable and stable development.This article obtains from the incentive theory,launching an investigation and study to the incentive status of Guangxi BBW Bank executives,finding the incentive problems of the bank executive are mainly focused on these aspects,such as remuneration,welfare and working conditions,development potential,responsibilities and rewards According to these problems,the author made a diagnosis and analysis of the incentive situation of senior executives from four aspects,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing incentive measures:l.Salary:adjusting and improving the salary level and salary structure,and closely linking the performance appraisal results and pay;2.Improving the diversified welfare system to meet the personalized needs of senior executives;3.Paying attention to the future development of senior executives,and strengthen the incentive of senior executives from several aspects.4.Ensuring the unity of rights,responsibilities and interests,buying liability insurance for executives,and promoting reputation incentives.In view of the special situation of the bank,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures to make the incentive measures play an effective role:1.Formulating a scientific and perfect incentive system;2.Building a fair and just evaluation environment;3.Establishing a system combining incentives and constraints;4.Establishing communication and feedback mechanisms.The purpose of this study is to improve the incentive level of senior management of Guangxi BBW Bank,effectively improving the current incentive situation,so as to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the bank.
