Since 40 years of reform and opening up,especially after China's accession to the WTO,the comprehensive strength of China's banking industry has been greatly improved.Especially after 2003,the large state-owned Banks and some small and medium-sized Banks have accelerated the pace of foreign capital,and their capital strength has been continuously enhanced,and their risk control ability has been steadily improved.Between2013 and 2017,the banking failure rate remained at an internationally good level of less than 2 percent.Since the Party's 18th,Policy requirements to limit foreign holdings of Chinese banks and financial asset managers other than private banks have become more looser,with the relaxation of the choice of commercial presence of foreign banks,expansion of foreign bank business space,encouraging foreign bank branches to do business in the financial market,improving the foreign bank branches management of operating funds and the methods of supervision and assessment.Established in September 2007,China CITIC bank H branch is the first provincial branch in ethnic minority areas.As provincial branch,CITIC bank H branch has developed rapidly in recent years in our district,but also encountered a number of development bottlenecks in many sides.Coupled with harsh regulatory and macro environment,it needs further adjustment and reform in the framework of the new strategic plan of the head office,to adapt to the pace of economic and social development in our region and stand out in regional competition.This paper can be divided into seven chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the purpose and content of this paper and summarize the latest research results at home and abroad,laying a foundation for the later text.The second chapter mainly introduces the relevant theory like strategic management process,strategic analysis tool related theory The third chapter analyzes external environment,summarizes the basic situation of H branch,and makes analysis mainly in the aspects of the macro environment and industry competition.It explores the characteristics of macro-environment development from the political,economic,social and technical aspects by using PEST analysis,and the characteristics of Industry Competition Environment Development from competition in the industry,entry of potential competitors,development of potential alternatives,vendors'bargaining power,buyer's bargaining power by using porter's five forces model,The fourth chapter makes analysis of internal environmental from the osrganizational structure,Human resources,Financial strength,Reputation resources.In chapter 5,it is mainly about the selection and formulation of development strategies.Based on the above basic facts,it makes accurate positioning of strategic targets,and identification of strategic options,and puts forward strategic planning based on brand management,technological innovation,product promotion,market development by using SWOT analysis.The Chapter6 introduces the safeguards for the implementation of development strategies from the aspects of Enterprise culture construction,Science and technology protection,Human resources guarantee,Construction of risk control system,fine management.The Chapter 7summarizes the article and makes recommendations for further development.
