Since the "13th Five-Year Plan",China's economy has officially entered a new normal state,and the national economic development faces a situation in which internal demand is insufficient and external competition is intensifying.In the gradual bad external environment,how can SMEs in China improve their sense of organizational support to employees through internal means,so that employees can work hard to improve work performance with high loyalty,and help enterprises to survive difficult time and ultimately achieve longer-term development.That has become a key issue in our research.In this context,this paper will use the method of empirical analysis to explore the relationship among organizational support,employee loyalty and job performance of SME employees in China.The paper can be divided into three important components in general.The first is the literature discussion of the variables involved in this paper.Firstly,it introduces the theoretical origin and noun concept of the three variables in this paper,and combs and summarizes the research achievements and research progress of the authoritative scholars and the relationship between the variables,and uses this to determine the specific direction of the research ideas.The second part is the research design phase.This part mainly defines the dimensions of the three variables in this paper and explains the specific meaning of each dimension in the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literatures at home and abroad.The mature scale similar to the research sample or research topic ofthis paper was selected as the measurement of the variable.The questionnaire of this paper was designed based on it as well.Finally,by referring to a large number of experts and scholars' study of the relationship between pairwise correlation of variable,this paper analyzes and expounds the theoretical hypothesis and constructs a theoretical model.The third part is the empirical analysis stage.In this paper,the statistical software SPSS19.0 is used to further analyze and process the data,and the hypothesis of the article is verified one by one based on the analysis results.Finally,it is found that the sense of organizational support of SME employees has positive effects on employee loyalty and job performance.It is further concluded that employee loyalty has a significant positive effect on their work performance and mediates in independent variables and dependent variables.And some controlled variables such as the qualifications of SME employees,age,etc.can also have an impact among variables.Finally,based on the data analysis,the management suggestions are put forward,and the methods and measures for diversifying and improving employee loyalty and job performance are developed for SMEs.A series of specific ways to improve the performance of SME employees in China are formed to promote SMEs' sustainable and healthy development in the future.
