Since its establishment in 2008,DX Securities' NN Securities Business Department has experienced 10 Spring and Autumn Periods.As a fully-licensed listed brokerage,DX Securities has involved in securities brokerage,securities investment consulting,fund sales,self-employment,etc.,of which brokerage business accounted for more than 50%of revenue.With the continuous expansion of China's securities market and the continuous development of brokerage business,the number of sales offices established by various brokerage firms has increased sharply,and the competition among brokerage firms has become increasingly fierce.Coupled with the popularity of the Internet and the fierce commissions,the overall The industry's average commission has approached the cost line of brokerage brokerage.As the only business department of DX Securities in Guangxi,NN Sales Department was negatively affected by the overall economic downturn and increased competition among commissions in the industry.In the face of the current stage of slaughter in the commission business,how to take active and effective response measures to find the future development direction and new profit growth points has become the primary problem facing the moment.This paper adopts a combination of theoretical research and practical research,aiming to find out how to find the innovative development path and countermeasures of the brokerage business of DX Securities NN Sales Department under the competitive environment of current commission competition.Based on the research of relevant literature and theory,this paper first analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of NN business department,and then through the innovative exploration and reference of domestic and foreign brokerage brokerage business,using comparative analysis method,investigation research method,literature review method and inductive analysis.Law,explore a program suitable for the development of brokerage business of NN business department.Then through the data comparison analysis,verify the feasibility and practicality of the development plan,and provide more choices and outlets for the future development of the brokerage business of DX Securities NN Sales Department.This study also focuses on the characteristics of the industry and the advantages and disadvantages of the DX Securities NN Sales Department.It studies the development of the future brokerage business,discusses the feasibility and consequences of the follow-up implementation plan,and hopes to give the same industry.The sales department brings some inspiration.
