Study On The Choice Of Fruit Trees Industrial Organization Models And The Influence On Fruit Growers' Income

The research on agricultural industry organization can reveal the influence of resources and environment on Regional Agricultural development,so as to make better use of regional superior resources and accelerate the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Anhui Province is endowed with superior natural resources,suitable for fruit tree planting in natural conditions such as climate and soil.Various cities have formed unique fruit tree producing areas.Dangshan County belongs to the region of the old Yellow River,is the production base of high-quality yellow peach in China and the largest continuous yellow peach production base in China.Yellow peach industry has become one of the three pillars of agricultural industry in Dangshan County,which has led to the development of regional economy.A relatively complete agricultural industry organization has been formed among local fruit growers,cooperatives and enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the impact of agricultural industrial organization model on fruit growers' income.Based on the transaction cost theory,industrial organization theory and farmers'behavior theory,this study constructed a theoretical analysis framework on the basis of the analysis of the development trend of fruit industry in Anhui Province.136 questionnaires of Dangshan yellow peach growers were investigated on the spot,put forward which industrial organization modes exist in Dangshan yellow peach industry at this stage,what are the reasons why fruit growers choose to participate in industrial organization modes,and the influencing factors of fruit growers' choice to participate in industrial organization modes are as follows:What is the impact of different industrial organization modes on fruit growers 'income?By constructing the Multinomial Logistic model,this paper studies the influencing factors of fruit growers'choice of industrial organization model,then uses the multiple regression model to verify the hypotheses that different industrial organization modes affect fruit growers' income,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for practical problems and empirical results.Research shows that there are three industrial organization modes in the sample area:"Farm+Worker Contracting" Model,"Cooperative+Fruit Growers" Model and"Broker+Fruit Growers" Model.Draw conclusions:(1)Natural conditions,social and economic conditions and market environment conditions are all suitable for the development of fruit industry in Anhui Province.Over the past decade,the fruit yield and orchard area of the fruit industry have been steadily increasing.(2)Only 25%of fruit growers choose to participate in the "Farm+Worker Contracting" Model and"Cooperative+Fruit Growers" Model,which are closely related to industrial organization.(3)Educational level,planting scale,planting experience,risk perception and yellow peach production certification have a significant positive impact on the choice of "Cooperative+Fruit Growers" Model for fruit growers,and age has a significant negative impact on the choice of "Cooperative+Fruit Growers" Model for fruit growers.Educational level,soil fertility level,planting experience,information acquisition level and satisfaction with agricultural subsidies have a significant impact on the choice of "Farm+Worker Contracting" Model for fruit growers.Age,family labor structure,agricultural machinery property,risk perception has a significant negative impact on fruit growers'choice of "Farm+Worker Contracting" Model.(4)Fruit growers choose to participate in the "Cooperative+Fruit Growers" Model,which can improve the income of fruit growers;the "Farm+Worker Contracting"Model can not improve the income of fruit growers.According to the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:Perfect the interest linkage,promote farmers' income;strengthen technical training,enhance farmers' market competitiveness;actively guide farmers to participate in industrial organizations;innovate industrial organization model to provide choices for farmers;strengthen industrial organization management,enhance the ability to drive farmers.
