Research On The Effect Of Financial Support Policy For Grain Processing Industry

With the continuous development of economy and industrialization in China,the role of farm-product processing industry has become more prominent in agricultural development.The farm-product processing industry is a mid-level industry that connects the farm-product storage and transportation industry,and plays an important role in promoting the development of the agricultural economy.In order to make the farm-product processing industry develop better and faster,the government has introduced various financial support policies to promote the development of the farm-product processing industry.Taking farm-product processing enterprise in Hubei Huanggang as a research object,this paper briefly describes the status and policy implementation of the farmproduct processing industry in Huanggang,discusses the actual effect of the financial support policy,and analyzes the reasons.This paper can help to promote financial support for the farm-product processing industry and provide relevant advice for continuous development of farm-product processing industry in China.At present,China's grain processing industry has been steadily improving,but the expected effect of financial support for grain processing industry is not obvious,and the support policy has not effectively solved the problem of financing difficulties for enterprises.Grain processing industry has the characteristics of long capital return to Period,strong seasonality and high risks.Grain processing enterprises have a single form of borrowing,few financing channels and low amount of financing.In order to promote the development of food processing industry,financial support policies need the joint efforts of enterprises themselves,financial institutions,relevant management departments and the market.Only by strengthening information communication,promoting mutual cooperation and avoiding shirking problems can the development efficiency of food processing industry be improved.The author takes 10 food processing enterprises in Huanggang as samples to explore the implementation of financial support policies for food processing industry,analyze the support effect,and analyze how to further improve the efficiency of financial support for food processing industry from the perspectives of the government,banks and enterprises themselves.
