As a new type of service for participants to win-win,supply chain finance has undergone a great transformation from offline to online.P2 P supply chain finance makes full use of the various advantages of the online loan platform,provides a new financing mode for small and medium-sized enterprises to get rid of traditional bank-enterprise credit.It is of great practical significance to protect the interests of investors and P2 P online loan platform,to measure and perfect the credit risk evaluation system of supply chain finance.At present,the research on P2 P supply chain finance at home and abroad is still in the initial stage,and the research on the financing modes of P2 P logistics supply chain finance is rarely involved.As a lending platform focusing on the business of logistics chain finance,"Financial Rent E Investment" has not yet formed a perfect audit system,and the problem of information asymmetry still exists.On the basis of summarizing the existing research,this paper systematically combs the various financing modes of P2 P logistics supply chain finance,and makes a detailed analysis of the financing modes of logistics supply chain finance of "Financial Rent E Investment".First of all,sort out the relevant research literature at home and abroad,looking for the theoretical basis to support the research content of this paper.Secondly,it introduces the development of P2 P logistics supply chain finance,including platform classification,financing characteristics,existing problems and so on.Then,taking "Financial Rent E Investment" as the research object,this paper introduces the development background and operation status of the platform,and analyzes the process of its logistics supply chain financial financing mode.This paper discusses some problems existing in the financing process combining with the development of P2 P online loan industry.At the same time,with the help of the method of game analysis,this paper makes a game analysis of the borrowers,investors and platforms of the participants in the logistics supply chain finance of "Financial Rent E Investment".It is found that the financing modes of logistics supply chain finance can effectively reduce the loan risk among the participants of the online loan platform.Finally,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies of "Financial Rent E Investment" logistics supply chain financial financing mode from the two angles of standardizing the behavior of each participant and imagining the introduction of new control subject.It is expected to promote the further development of P2 P logistics supply chain finance and to provide a reference for the online loan industry to better develop the logistics supply chain finance related business.
