Performance appraisal is an important part of the company's sustainable development strategy,and it is the basis and premise for establishing modern enterprise employee incentive mechanism,constraint mechanism and distribution mechanism,which can have a great impact on the productivity of the organization.There are several popular performance evaluation methods,including Key Performance Indicators(KPI)method,Balanced Score Card(BSC)method,Management by Objectives(MBO),360 Degree Feedback,Performance Prism Model,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),Analytic Network Process(ANP),Fuzzy Evaluation method and Entropy Weight method,etc.Some of these performance evaluation theories and methods are oriented to organizational performance,while others are oriented to individual performance.Each theory and method of performance evaluation reflects a specific management thought,which has its rationality,scientificity and superiority.At the same time,it has its own limitations and applicable conditions.In China's management practice,many enterprises have adopted various performance evaluation methods,including single method and comprehensive application of multiple methods,but the effect is not satisfactory.Based on this,on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various performance evaluation methods,this paper makes use of the advantages to make up for the shortcomings,comprehensively applies these performance evaluation methods,and constructs a performance evaluation system.Then,according to the integration concept,these performance evaluation systems are further integrated to construct a dynamic and flexible integrated performance evaluation system model suitable for Chinese enterprises,and the model is applied to the human resource management practice of enterprises.In this study,the difference of integration and the application of hybrid performance evaluation method is proposed.Integration is based on the concept of system,emphasizing the synergy among the parts or subsystems and integrating two or more performance evaluation system,which can be a single method or the comprehensive application of various methods.The conceptual framework model of integrated performance evaluation is proposed.Three dimensions of integrated performance evaluation framework are proposed,namely,evaluation index system dimension,index data acquisition and calculation dimension,and total score calculation dimension.The concept of BPKPI index system is proposed,and two integration dimensions,hierarchy and method,of BPKPI are proposed to construct the BPKPI integration model architecture.The process of constructing BPKPI index system is proposed.Based on this theory and method,the performance evaluation system of technology service center of Chang Xin Li Shi Co.,Ltd.is optimized and improved.
