The development of the enterprise can not be separated from the efforts of the employees,and the work motivation and effectiveness of the employees are closely related to the assessment and incentive methods of the enterprises.Therefore,the role of the employees is fully brought into play,and the maximum work enthusiasm of the employees is stimulated.It is necessary for the enterprise to set up the employee performance appraisal way reasonably,make full use of the appraisal result to manage.JY company is mainly engaged in the real estate business,the company performance appraisal adopts the traditional method,pays attention to the performance appraisal result but neglects the performance appraisal process.Performance appraisal is mainly based on the sales performance of employees,and the content of other levels is not paid enough attention to.These problems lead to the lack of recognition and enthusiasm of employees for performance appraisal.The quality of service is declining and the brain drain is serious.Based on these problems,this paper uses the method of literature,case study and theoretical analysis to study the performance appraisal of sales personnel of JY Company,and puts forward problems and analysis problems according to the present situation of performance appraisal.Suggestions for improvement of performance appraisal system are also given.According to the theory and method of performance management,this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the performance appraisal system of JY Company,and puts forward that the method of balanced Scorecard is suitable for the performance appraisal of its sales personnel.According to the development strategy and management goal of JY Company,the index system and index weight of balanced Scorecard are determined,the examination cycle and implementation method are determined,and the problems of management and communication are further discussed.To ensure that the performance appraisal system in JY company sales personnel management has been implemented.Based on the theory of performance appraisal,according to the actual situation of JY company and the demand of sales personnel,this paper determines the selection of performance appraisal methods and the perfect measures of the system,and designs a set of scientific methods.On the one hand,this scheme can be applied to the improvement of the performance appraisal system of JY Company,to realize the purpose of guiding the practice of this study,and to reflect the practical significance of the research.This study can also make up for the lack of attention to the performance appraisal system of real estate companies in the current performance appraisal research,showing the theoretical value of the study.
