Research On Development Strategy Of Supply Chain Finance Business Of CCB X Branch

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the competition of domestic enterprises has also developed from the traditional terminal product competition to the competition of the whole supply chain.In order to meet the capital demand of enterprises in the whole supply chain and conform to the development trend of enterprises,Through financial innovation,China’s commercial Banks have launched a series of financial services related to supply chain to enterprises,For enterprises in the face of new market challenges can be faster transformation and development.All banks have made every effort to gain opportunities in the market and more corporate customers.China Construction Bank has played an exemplary role in the promotion of this series of business and played an obvious role in the promotion of state-owned enterprises.This paper has three core chapters: first,it introduces the current situation of branch X of China Construction Bank,and studies the development status of supply chain financial business in multi-dimension;second,it summarizes the present situation and problems according to the actual performance of the branch services;third,it formulates reasonable solutions to the problems raised in the second chapter.Starting with the bank itself,this paper briefly introduces the basic situation of branch X,then introduces the operation status of branch X and the financial business of supply chain,mainly including the proportion of this business in the comprehensive business of the bank and its role in the development of the bank;from the perspective of the bank’s internal institutional construction,regulatory changes and marketing means,it comprehensively expounds the introduction of new banks.Income generated by supply chain finance business to banks.Starting from the operational reliability,credit risk and internal structure of employees,this paper comprehensively analyses the problems in the promotion of supply chain financial business,and puts forward corresponding change plans from three perspectives,including strengthening staff’s working ability,strict creditmanagement,and reforming enterprise mechanism.In this study,we mainly use case analysis method,together with the theoretical application of supply chain management,financial innovation theory and SWOT model analysis method.Taking the Construction Bank as the main body,we first elaborate the specific content and characteristics of supply chain finance,and then combine it with the actual promotion of supply chain finance of construction bank,analyze the problems and propose solutions.A comprehensive and profound analysis of the business development of branch X will contribute to the healthy development of China’s construction banking business.At the same time,it will play an exemplary and exemplary role to other banks,so that other banks can learn from their business development,share their experience with commercial banks,and promote the financial development of the whole country.
