Reliability Analysis Of Fresh Agricultural Products Supply Chain Based On The GO Methodology

Due to the freshness of fresh agricultural products is short and easy torot, make the logistics activities in the supply chain has many special places. Ensurehigh efficiency of fresh agricultural products supply chain can not only improve theeconomic benefits of suppliers, also can meet the daily needs of consumers.Therefore, in-depth study of the need for fresh agricultural products supply chainreliability, to make quantitative evaluation, determine the grade level of reliability ofsupply chain, find out the weak part of the influence on reliability of supply chain,put forward concrete and effective measures.This article firstly analyzes references from the reliability of the supply chain.Introduce reliability theory, including the system reliability and the reliability ofsupply chain, and then define the core concepts of this article, the connotation offresh agricultural products supply chain reliability. Secondly, studies the operationtarget, fresh agricultural products supply chain network structure and thecharacteristics of the supply chain, on this basis the paper analyzes the factors whichaffect the reliability of the fresh agricultural products supply chain, to build theevaluation index system of fresh agricultural products supply chain reliability. At thesame time based on the basic principle of the GO method, fresh agricultural productssupply chain network structure can be converted to GO figure, then to GO operation,determine the reliability values of fresh agricultural products supply chain, anddivides the level of reliability evaluation. With the analysis of examples, describesthe concrete algorithm of the GO method, combining with the results to evaluate thereliability of the fresh agricultural products supply chain. Finally, put forward threemeasures to improve the reliability of the fresh agricultural products supply chain,construction of farmers’ professional cooperatives as the core of fresh agricultural products supply chain, improve agriculture super docking of supply chain operationmode and promoting into the crisis management mechanism of fresh agriculturalproducts supply chain.
