Reliability Analysis Of Fresh Agriculture Products Supply Chain Based On The GO Methodology

High efficient and reliable fresh agricultural products supply chain, is the keyto meet the consumer demand for fresh agricultural products. And it is also theguarantee of the suppliers' achievement for the economic benefit. Thus, there is avery urgent need for quantitative evaluating the reliability of the fresh agriculturalproducts supply chain, to determine its grade level and find out the weak link of thesupply chain, in order to put forward some feasible countermeasures.This paper firstly puts forward the definition of the reliability for freshagricultural products supply chain and the reliability evaluation index system offresh agricultural products supply chain has been built on the basis of analyzing thecharacteristics and factors affecting the reliability of fresh agricultural productssupply chain. Secondly, according to the basic principle of GO methodology and thenetwork structure chart of fresh agricultural products supply chain, the GO chart of afresh agricultural products supply chain can be created. Based on this kind of GOchart, the quantitative GO operation can be went on afterwards in order to obtain thereliability value. At the same time the grading standards for evaluating the reliabilityof fresh agricultural products supply chain have been put forward to divide thereliability value which is concluded by the quantitative calculation. Finally, thespecific GO calculation method and process for evaluating the reliability of freshagricultural products supply chain is expounded through the example analysis andthe calculation results is the basis of the reliability evaluation for fresh agriculturalproducts supply chain. According to the appraisal conclusion, five guaranteecountermeasures are proposed to ensure the reliability of fresh agricultural productssupply chain. The five guarantee countermeasures include constructing farmers'professional co-operatives, e-supply chain, establishing an effective mechanism ofdirect link between farmers and supermarkets, building the fresh agriculturalproducts supply chain model based on the options and introducing crisismanagement system for fresh agricultural products supply chain.The innovation of this paper lies in the reasonable construction of the reliabilityevaluation index system for fresh agricultural products supply chain, quantitativeevaluating the reliability of the fresh agricultural products supply chain based on theGO model, and putting forward the grading standards for evaluating the reliability offresh agricultural products supply chain.
