| In order to investigate the relationship between authentic leadership,leadership-member exchange relationship(LMX),the core self-evaluation and individual initiative,the writer collected 310 valid questionnaires,explored the content structure of employees’ individual initiative under the background of Chinese culture,and drew up individual initiative questionnaire.Based on the leadership behavior theory and social exchange theory,this study analyzed the mediating role that LMX plays in authentic leadership and individual initiative,and the adjustment of core self-evaluation on the mediation effect,in other words,to verify the regulated mediation model.The study found that the staff individual initiative is a three-dimensional structure under the background of Chinese culture,mainly including forward-lookingness,spontaneous,and overcoming difficulties.Authentic leadership has significant predicating effect on employees’ individual initiative,especially leadership traits,subordinate guidance and integrity;LMX plays a partial mediation role in the effect of authentic leadership on employees’ individual initiative;the core self-evaluation has a predominant regulatory effect on the mediating role of leadership-member exchange,thus verifying the regulated mediating effect.The results showed that authentic leadership can improve leader-member exchange,make individuals more positive,,and promote individual initiative of employees as a motivating factor. |
