Preliminary Study On Functional Zoning Of Ho-lan Mountains National Park In Ningxia

In 2017,China proposed to build a national park system.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was clearly pointed out that we should establish a natural protection area system with national parks as the main part,and the prelude to the construction of national parks around the country was opened.Zoning management is a common practice in the international management of national parks.In recent years,China attaches great importance to the construction of ecological civilization.Zoning management of national parks is a concrete measure for the construction of ecological civilization.At the same time,the state has launched the biodiversity conservation plan of nature reserves.As the highest level of nature reserves protection in China,national parks show the importance of scientific functional zoning of national parks.Applying the idea of main function zoning to national parks is an attempt in the practice of natural conservation zoning,and an urgent need to base on the red line of ecological protection and ensure ecological security in Ningxia.Taking Ho-lan Mountains in Ningxia as the research object,this study uses the methods of GIS,field investigation,comprehensive index and literature analysis,and according to DEM elevation data,land use data,ecosystem service value and other data,uses comprehensive index method to determine the functional zoning of Ho-lan Mountains National Park in Ningxia by weighting and spatial overlapping.Finally,the division type of Ho-lan Mountains National Park is determined and revised according to the results of the division.According to different types of zoning and existing problems,this paper discusses the zoning management of Ho-lan Mountains National Park in Ningxia,and puts forward a targeted zoning management scheme.Research shows:(1)The construction of Ho-lan Mountains national park in ningxia is superior in geographical conditions,ecological conditions,geological and geomorphic conditions and social conditions,with unique natural landscape and numerous cultural landscape sites,fully reflecting the authenticity and integrity,which is in line with the national representative significance of national park construction According to the value assessment and threat assessment,the value assessment results are mainly reflected in;?It is of great value for biodiversity conservation;?Park science recreation value is very high;?Unique cultural landscape.The results of threat assessment are mainly reflected in the following aspects:?Tourism development exerts great pressure on the proposed Ho-lan Mountains national park in ningxia;?Frequent human activities cause damage to the ecological environment;?Important cultural sites landscape has not been effectively protected.(2)Referring to the functional zoning methods,steps and results of national scenic spots,national nature reserves,national forest parks and national parks,and combining with their typical cases,the zoning ideas of functional zoning of national parks can be summarized as follows:?Determine the zoning of the park;?Index system construction and weight;?To determine the results of functional zoning;?The result of the district correction;?Park area management.The determination of the zoning area should take full account of the actual situation of the park and determine the zoning area according to the actual situation.Based on the ecological importance,the index system of the functional zoning of national parks was constructed and the weight was determined.The index system is standardized in positive and negative direction,and the result of functional zoning of national parks is formed by means of superposition analysis method and comprehensive index method.In order to ensure that the zoning results of national parks are operable and in line with the actual situation,GIS and Photoshop are used for correction and subdivision,in which NDVI index,ecological protection red line and subdivision of functional value of national parks are mainly considered.(3)According to the summarized functional zoning methods of national parks and field survey results,four indexes including ecosystem services,ecological pressure,cultural landscape sites and ecological sensitivity were determined,and the functional zoning index system of Ho-lan Mountains national park in ningxia was constructed and its weight was determined.According to the ecological importance,the four functional areas of extremely important area,important area,relatively important area and general important area were determined.The corresponding zoning results were strict protection area(30%),ecological conservation area(20%),recreation exhibition area(14%)and traditional utilization area(36%),and 17 functional subareas were divided for reference.(4)In order to realize the sustainable development of national parks,the regional management of Ho-lan Mountains national parks in ningxia is preliminarily discussed.Firstly,the general idea of regional management of Ho-lan Mountains national park in ningxia is clarified.Secondly,the contents of partition management are discussed.Third,formulate the district management policy;Finally,make zoning control measures.
