The Research On Industries Functional Zoning In Ningbo

As one of the most important subjects,economic region and its division present various principles and methods. The traditional research on division of economic region did not attach much attention to investigate the economic park. However, the fact is that after the reform and opening-up policy, economic park has shown its obvious and increasing"pole"effect. The economic park bears the important mission of promoting the evolution and enhancement on the industries function in economic region. Ningbo is one of the most typical cities during the development of economic parks in China. No matter on the quantity of established parks, the park scale or the benefit they create, Ningbo keeps ahead of the whole China. What's more important, the rapid development of each economic parks and their area centralization bring great impact on the patent of industries function in Ningbo economic regions. This article dismiss the traditional overall covered research method on economic region division, which is kind of"from up to down", but, based on the analysis of economic park, it raise its own non-overall covered research method on industries function division, which use the real function of economic parks in Ningbo as a basis to carry out the division of Ningbo industries functions. Through the industries function division, it tries to break the existing political region division and make a reference for all level governments and the in-charge departments to correctly conduct the coordinate development of economic regions.Firstly, this article explains the theory of non overall covered economic region, and point out that as based on the economic parks, the industries functional division is included in the scope of non overall covered economic region division. On the summary of the international and domestic relative research on the development of economic parks, it systemically explains the basic content of industries functions, and introduces the dividing principle of industries functions, as well as makes a summarized description of the specific dividing method on them. Secondly, this article make a analysis on the developing status of economic parks in Ningbo, which indicate the significant contribution of economic parks to the regional economic development in Ningbo, so there is a feasibility and necessity to make a division on industries function. Meanwhile, this article makes an anatomy between the expected function and actual function of economic park in Ningbo, as it indicates that only the actual function of economic could be the premise to divide industry function. Lastly, this research lodges the steps of specific industry function division in Ningbo, distinguishes the dominant economic parks in sequence, and researches the dominant economic parks under classification, as well as analyzes the development status of assistant parks. Through the deep-in research, Ningbo political scope are to be divided in 8 different industry function zones, and are all shown in the industry function regional map.
