Study On Poverty Reduction Effect And Spatial Difference Of Circulation Industry In Wulingshan Area,Hunan Province

The Wuling Mountain area of Hunan Province is an important area for precise poverty alleviation in China.It is of great social and economic significance to realize poverty alleviation in this area.At the same time,circulation industry plays an important role in promoting production and consumption.It has significant poverty reduction effect and is the key to getting rid of poverty and getting rich in Wuling Mountain area of Hunan Province.Based on the hypothesis of economic growth and the theory of spatial difference,this paper puts forward the hypothesis from the perspective of overall poverty reduction and regional differences,and discusses whether the development of regional circulation industry can effectively reduce poverty and whether there are spatial differences.Firstly,it combs the current situation of circulation industry in Wulingshan District of Hunan Province,and divides the area into four major sub-areas and 37 counties and cities.Through field investigation and data analysis,it is known that there are low output value of circulation industry in Wulingshan District of Hunan Province,which is difficult to drive economic development,lagging sales mode of agricultural products,high circulation cost and urbanization of the sub-areas.The level and scale of consumer credit are lagging behind,and the basic conditions for the development of circulation industry are weak.Secondly,the panel model is used to empirically analyze the poverty reduction effect of circulation industry in Wulingshan District of Hunan Province from 2008 to 2017.The research shows that the development of circulation industry in the region can significantly promote the income growth of the rural poor,and has significant poverty reduction effect,mainly in the added value of circulation industry,turnover of goods,employment of circulation industry,employment contribution rate of circulation industry and deposit and loan of banks.The balance has positive significance and can effectively increase the per capita net income of farmers.Thirdly,based on the data of 37 counties and cities in the region from 2008 to 2017,the spatial distribution characteristics and evolution rules of the development of circulation industry in 37 counties and cities on the per capita net income of farmers are analyzed by using spatial autocorrelation empirical method.It is concluded that the spatial distribution of the poverty reduction effect of the circulation industry in2008-2017 shows a trend of dispersion to agglomeration,and has self-correlation.From 2008 to 2017,there were 10 counties and cities(districts)in HH type spatial pattern,4 counties and cities in HL type spatial pattern,2 in LH type spatial pattern and4 in LL type counties and cities(districts).The spatial distribution of the main spatialpattern of these counties and cities was scattered.At the same time,through the analysis of coefficient of variation,the areas with high degree of poverty reduction effect are scattered and few in number,mainly in the northeast;the areas with high degree of poverty reduction effect are mainly located in the Midwest of the region;and the areas with low degree of poverty reduction effect are in the southwest of the region.Generally speaking,the spatial distribution of poverty reduction effect is the conclusion that the northeast-central-western region decreases in turn.Finally,the GWR model is used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of spatial difference of poverty reduction effect in the circulation industry in 2017.The results show that these influencing factors,such as added value of circulation industry,turnover of goods,urbanization rate and bank deposit and loan at the end of the year,are more effective than bank deposit and loan balance,population density and total retail sales of social consumer goods in terms of spatial difference of poverty reduction effect.According to the relevant empirical conclusions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as balanced development of circulation industry,innovative development mode of rural circulation industry,increasing financial credit support for rural circulation industry,giving full play to the role of urbanization in promoting circulation industry,and strengthening employment absorption capacity of circulation industry,to maximize the effect of circulation poverty reduction.
