| BOP entrepreneurship research has attracted the attention of some scholars,especially in developing countries,BOP entrepreneurship has become an important way to solve the "three rural" problems,realize rural poverty alleviation and increase farmers' income.BOP entrepreneurship is one of the main ways for farmers in low-income and poor areas to obtain employment and income.At first,this paper analyzed on the two dimensions of time and space of Hunan Wuling mountain area BOP entrepreneurship and the evolution of farmers' income,and based on spatial autocorrelation,and standard deviation ellipse(SDE)method and geographically weighted regression(GWR)model,the Hunan Wuling mountain area BOP entrepreneurship and explore the spatial relationship between farmers' income,and the area BOP business income effect estimate spatial heterogeneity and spatial expression,then with the help of the geographical probe method,the Hunan Wuling mountain area and partition BOP quantitative analysis the influence factors of the entrepreneurs' income effect,Finally,on this basis,countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the development of BOP entrepreneurial activities are put forward for the whole area and each district,so as to give full play to the regional BOP entrepreneurial farmers' income effect.The results showed that :(1)from 2007 to 2017,BOP entrepreneurship and farmers' income in Wuling mountain area of Hunan showed an increasing trend.In terms of BOP entrepreneurship and farmers' income in each area,there was a time consistency between BOP entrepreneurship and farmers' income in western hunan in Loushao area,>,Zhangjiajie area,>,Huaihua area,>.BOP entrepreneurship and farmers' income increase both showed a spatial growth trend,and the gap between BOP entrepreneurship and farmers' income in the segment continued to weaken,both developed towards the direction of spatial balance,and the spatial distribution of high and low values of BOP entrepreneurship and farmers' income increase also showed consistency.(2)BOP entrepreneurship and farmers' income in wuling mountain area of hunan province show a pattern of positive spatial correlation,and the spatial agglomeration effect is also increasing;Farmer entrepreneurship rate and local concentration of farmers' income distribution type is given priority to with High-High and Low-High,the area farmer entrepreneurship rate and consistent in the spatial agglomeration distribution relationship between farmers' income,farmers' entrepreneurship rates and types of farmers' income of High-High concentration are mainly distributed in the central area,and peasants entrepreneurship rate and Low-High in the farmers' income in discrete model mainly in the area by east region.(3)BOP entrepreneurial activities and farmers' income increase are consistent in spatial distribution.The main trend of BOP entrepreneurship and farmers' income spatial distribution is north-south,with the center of gravity of both moving to the southwest.BOP entrepreneurship space and farmers' income spatial distribution show a spreading trend in the north-south direction,while showing a contraction in the east-west direction.(4)BOP entrepreneurship has a positive effect on the increase of farmers' income in wuling mountain area of hunan province,and this positive effect is becoming more and more obvious.In 2007,2012 and 2017,for every 1 percentage increase in the rate of farmers' entrepreneurship,the average increase of farmers' income in this area is 8.5 yuan,34.46 yuan and 49.43 yuan.In terms of spatial distribution,BOP entrepreneurship and income increase effect is high in the north and low in the northwest.(5)the main factors influencing the increase of BOP entrepreneurial farmers' income in Wuling mountain area of Hunan province are the added value of the primary industry,the distance from the center of the area and the added value of the tertiary industry;The main driving factors for the increase of BOP entrepreneurial farmers in Loushao area are highway mileage,R&D expenditure,average altitude and number of medical and health beds.At the end of the year,the balance of loans from financial institutions,the added value of the tertiary industry,highway mileage and R&D expenditure were the important factors for the increase of BOP farmers' income.The main factors driving BOP entrepreneurs' income in Huaihua area include the balance of loans from financial institutions at the end of the year,the added value of the tertiary industry and the distance from the center of the area.The number of full-time teachers per 100 employees,the added value of the secondary industry,the R&D expenditure and the number of medical and health beds have an important impact on the increase of BOP entrepreneurial farmers' income in xiangxi.(6)the spatial differentiation of BOP entrepreneurial farmers' income increase effect in Wuling mountain area and sub-area of Hunan province is subject to the comprehensive influence of natural environment,social environment and economic structure factors,and the interaction of two elements is strengthened.In addition,there are regional differences in the interaction of influencing factors in each district.Loushao district mainly interacts with social public infrastructure,industrial structure,innovation investment and topographic environment.Zhangjiajie is mainly influenced by transportation,financial support,social location and technical innovation.The industrial structure,financial support and scientific research and innovation development of Huaihua area play a common role.Xiangxi is mainly affected by education and culture,innovation investment,industrial development and population concentration.Finally,according to the difference of influencing factors of BOP entrepreneurship activities in the area and the area,constructive countermeasures are proposed to better play the effect of BOP entrepreneurship and income increase in the area. |
