Research On The Development Of Commercial Network Of Xi'an Metro Station

As an important part of public transportation in modern cities,the MTRC,with its advantages of convenience,speed,safety,punctuality,large capacity and low carbon,has gradually become the most reliable means to solve the traffic problems such as road congestion,exhaust pollution and so on,which cannot be avoided in densely populated cities.However,as a means of rail transit with exclusive facilities and line operation,the MTRC is also a project with high investment and operation cost.The operation cost of MTRC is a long-term and high loss state,and it can operate normally only by relying on the government's special subsidies,which also brings a heavy financial burden on local finance.Therefore,it is a major challenge that restricts the sustainable development of the subway industry to seek the commercial development by using its own resources,so as to fill the hole of subway construction and operation.This article will start with the analysis of the general situation of subway development at home and abroad,based on the existing research on the construction of subway station commercial network,from the subway cover property,subway underground shops,subway advertising development and other three main aspects of comprehensive analysis of Xi 'an subway station at this stage of commercial development capabilities and deficiencies,and through field interviews,questionnaires and other methods to understand the acceptance of Xi'an subway passengers for the development of the site commercial network;Onthis basis,drawing on the successful experience of commercial network operation of subway stations at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions based on the actual situation of commercial development of Xi'an subway.Based on the subway station,which has great potential for commercial development,this paper discusses in depth the development of commercial network of Xi'an subway station and the construction of related commercial models.it is expected that through the parallel research on the development of various commercial models of Xi 'an subway stations,such as property development,underground shops development,advertising resources development,etc.,the development capacity of various types of commercial resources of Xi'an subway will be improved and integrated,thus increasing the profit means of Xi'an subway operation,reducing the economic pressure after the opening of the line operation,and providing reference for the commercial development model after other brothers subway operation.
