The rapid growth of China's insurance market is bound to make more stringent requirements for the insurance business personnel.In the past,the single direct selling mode has always been adopted in the operation of the insurance business,but now it has mostly been transformed into a comprehensive marketing mode.Though it is still mainly direct selling,combined with marketing,agency and broking.Under this background,building a business team with high level,high efficiency,high quality and a sense of cooperation has become the goal of many insurance companies.Under the joint efforts of vehicle dealer channel members in line of T property insurance company Suzhou branch,it has successfully seized the opportunity ofthe car boomin Suzhou in recent years,and achieved a good construction and management of the business team,and become the industry leader.Ithas played a positive role for other propertyinsurance company to construct and manage talent team.Taking T property insurance Suzhou branch as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current vehicle biusiness channel team,including the unreasonable member structure,the serious departmentalism,the lack of high-quality leaders,the low level of team culture construction and the imperfect performance appraisal system.At the same time,from the perspective of team building and management,it puts forward the specific countermeasures and suggestions for insurance business team optimization,so as to further optimize the channel business team management of production insurance vehicle dealers.
