Along with our country economy has entered a transition phase,the enterprise also ushered in the critical period of reform and transition,especially the team management and building problem in state-owned enterprises in the production units in state-owned enterprises,much attention has been paid to shift production unit as a small and a cell of the basic management,team plays an important role in enterprise production and management.The current domestic production unit pay more and more attention to team building,but the level of the team management and building is on the low side,there are some problems in common,the existence of these problems seriously restrict the healthy development of the team,then bring influence to enterprise’s productivity and economic benefit,therefore it is a worthy of in-depth discussion topic.This article uses the literature law,case analysis,with production A unit as the research object,the unit of current situation and existing problems of the construction of the team management and analysis.After analysis,production A unit team management highlighted problems in delays wrangling,young staff,work coordination does not reach the designated position,the phenomenon such as delays.For the current situation of the construction of A team as management and production units,after find problems,show the team evaluation incentive does not reach the designated position,lack of democratic management of the internal environment,do not take the harmonious employee relations,loss of cultural management,middle-level leadership management ability is weak,and so on.This paper argues that production A unit should change team management,enhance the level of team building,need to establish A perfect appraisal incentive mechanism,strengthen the construction of democratic management internal environment,attach importance to harmonious employee relations,to strengthen the construction of team culture and cultural management,establishing effective communication mechanism,eliminate internal communication barriers,improve overall execution.Team management and building needs to change the traditional management mode,the introduction of modern management mechanism,focus on people-oriented,promoting democracy management,stimulate the team vitality,improve staff execution,reduce turnover,promote enterprise competitiveness and economic efficiency,so as to achieve stable enterprise and laborer,promoting the development of a harmonious society.
