With the development and maturity of the construction industry,A enterprise discovers its own limitation in management,especially in the aspect of salary management.A enterprise also continue the average distributions that is common in old state-owned enterprises.The phenomenon of seniority in A enterprise is common.The staff's promotion channel narrow,single,lack of motivation.How to optimize the salary management system,serve the company's strategic goals,improve the employee's subjective initiative and employee satisfaction has become an urgent problem for the company's development.A enterprise is a large construction enterprise with comprehensive construction capacity.This paper takes a state-owned enterprise as the research object.Firstly,the paper systematically expounds the research background,research purpose and significance of the optimization of employee compensation management system in A enterprise.Then,this paper analyzes the organization and staff composition of A state-owned restructuring enterprise and its employees 'characteristics,and analyzes the problems and reasons of the compensation management of A state-owned reformed enterprise in the light of the current situation of employees ‘salary management.On this basis,the paper puts forward the aim and principle to optimize the compensation management system of A state-owned enterprise,expounds the whole idea and key point of the optimization scheme design of the compensation management system,and makes the concrete optimization to the basic salary,the floating salary,the welfare salary,the salary adjustment system and so on.Finally,the paper discusses the guarantee measures for the implementation of employee compensation management system in A state-owned reformed enterprise.The innovation of this article is on the basis of A comprehensive analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the compensation management system of A state-owned enterprise,this paper puts forward an optimized compensation scheme and implementation safeguard measures for A state-owned enterprise.It is of great significance to mobilize and encourage the reform of employees in A state-owned reformed enterprise,and to provide suggestions for the reform and development of the company.It also provides reference for the salary reform of state-owned enterprises in the same industry.
