With the development of economy,the market competition among enterprises around products,quality,time,price and service is becoming increasingly fierce.Shortening delivery time as far as possible is an important part of building core competitiveness.Through process management and optimization,some enterprises can shorten the time consumption in the whole value chain,win customers and gain a leading edge in market competition.Business process optimization has been attached great importance to by enterprises,hoping to improve management efficiency and response speed of enterprises to customers through process optimization.Many domestic enterprises optimize the production process in the production field through the idea of lean production,eliminate waste in the production process,improve flexible production capacity,gradually improve production efficiency,and significantly reduce production and operation costs.However,the application of lean thinking and value flow analysis tools in non-production field is still relatively small.Based on the systematic analysis and research of relevant theories and cases,this paper proposes a set of business process optimization methods based on value flow,and introduces the value flow graph analysis method into the process of business process optimization.In the process of optimization,six principles are followed: determining customer value,identifying value flow,analyzing value flow,designing optimization scheme,implementing and evaluating,and continuously improving.Taking ZR company's customer order processing process optimization as an example,this paper conducts an empirical study.In the empirical study,firstly,the status quo of ZR company is introduced,and the reasons for process optimization are analyzed.The main purpose is to reduce the production cost of ZR company,improve the efficiency of business process,and meet the needs of customers to shorten the order processing cycle.Then,the status quo of order processing process is introduced,and the business process and value flow are plotted using the relevant tools of business process optimization and value flow.Secondly,it defines the objectives and principles of optimization,uses value flow analysis and design tools to optimize the design of the scheme,reduces the cost in the process of enterprise management and further improves the core competitiveness of enterprises by optimizing the links that are not added or added but necessary.Strive for and give full play to its own advantages in product and service;finally,organize the implementation of the program and evaluate the effect.Through the optimization and improvement of order processing process,the order delivery time of ZR company is reduced,the efficiency is improved,the cost of order logistics is greatly reduced,and the cost of enterprise operation and development is reduced.For the internal management of ZR company,it reduces the work pressure of employees,reduces the obstacles of logistics transportation,strengthens the division of labor and cooperation between departments,and optimizes the operation and management system of enterprises.Finally,it summarizes the core content of process optimization,and puts forward feasible suggestions for future process optimization.
