How to take effective measures in the process of business development and continuous improvement of the salary management system,and constantly improve the incentive mechanism that fits the enterprise's reality,it is worthy for all enterprises to pay attention to.Any industry,any enterprise,it is the enterprise human resource management that needs to attach great importance to the salary management problem.The scientific design of the employee's compensation system is beneficial because for employees,salary distribution is the most concerned issue.If this issue can be properly solved,it will improve the enthusiasm of employees,and the sense of responsibility for work will be significantly enhanced,which is conducive to the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary for enterprises and their human resources departments to continuously optimize and improve their compensation systems and compensation systems together with business development goals and development strategies,and then activate their potential to promote the development of business development goals.This paper combines the results of salary management research,focusing on JXMJ company as an example,using field research method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics method,discusses the salary management situation of JXMJ company in detail,and summarizes its salary management dilemma,including: salary The level is not high,the salary structure is lack of science basis,and performance management does not have long-term effectiveness.Based on this,the author searched relevant materials in depth,and introduced expert interviews to summarize the causes of JXMJ's performance management problems: the impact of industry development trends,the role of relevant companies,the company's out of date salary management philosophy,corporate compensation management did not follow the salary management requirement on time etc.As competition has intensified day by day,JXMJ has gradually realized the necessity of improving the current salary management system and meeting the importance of the sustainable development of employees and enterprises themselves.Therefore,this paper is based on JXMJ company's salary management problem summary and analysis,combined with various research data and salary management theory,based on PDCA theory,proposed to help JXMJ company's current salary management dilemma,for JXMJ company salary management the development has certain reference significance.
