The reform of mixed ownership is an important measure to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and an important breakthrough in the reform of state-owned enterprises.China Unicom is the country's first " mixed reform" pilot enterprise of state-owned enterprise groups,which is open to private capital,and is an important step in the process of mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises in China.Based on the principle of marketization,China Unicom strives to build a benchmark enterprise for mixed reform of state-owned enterprises by introducing strategic investors,integrating resources,innovating models and streamlining institutions.The management of state-owned enterprises has long had problems such as unclear powers and responsibilities and low efficiency.China Unicom,taking advantage of the opportunity of mixed ownership reform,has carried out a market-oriented human resources reform and implemented a comprehensive incentive system.China Unicom L Branch,as a county-level branch,is the grass-roots unit that implements the mixed reform policy.Customer managers account for a large proportion in the personnel composition of L Branch.This also reflects the management concept of " everything for customers,everything for the front line,everything for the market" after the mixed reform of China Unicom.Therefore,based on the reality of China Unicom's mixed ownership reform,it is of great practical significance to study the incentive mechanism of customer managers in China Unicom's L branch.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems in career development,salary performance,flexible welfare and corporate culture through the satisfaction survey of customer managers in L Branch.At the same time,combining the relevant theories of incentive mechanism and the characteristics of customer managers,it puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme of incentive mechanism,which can further stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of customer managers and help to realize the fundamental improvement of the operating performance of China Unicom's grassroots branches in the fierce competition of communication market.
