With the gradual improvement of China's market economic system and the standardized development of financial industry,the operation and management level of China's financial industry has been transformed from extensive expansion to gradual refinement,from disorderly competition to standardized operation.As a customer management,market analysis and execution plan,customer managers focus on serving customers with their professional skills,rich resources and serious attitude,and do well in intermediary and bridge for banks to enter the market.How to build a strong team of customer managers and give full play to the team's maximum efficiency is a problem that every commercial bank needs to constantly consider and improve until now,and it is also an inevitable trend of implementing and optimizing the customer manager system.A marketing oriented institutional arrangement and organizational structure design for public account managers for commercial banks to adapt to changes in market and customer needs in the field of public customer service is of great significance for commercial banks to develop and transform public businesses.This paper analyses the deep-seated reasons of the postal savings bank customer manager team exists in the quantity,quality,structure,incentives and other problems,put forward to strengthen public client manager selection,management,training,motivation,assessment of several aspects of improvement suggestions and some concrete measures.The purpose of this paper is to put forward the postal savings bank A branch company Chinese postal savings bank A branch(hereinafter referred to as the A Chinese postal savings branch)and improve the specific analysis,countermeasures of the construction of the customer managers business measures to solve the various problems that may arise in the A branch of China postal savings account manager team construction,to provide theoretical guidance and methods the reference for the construction of customer managers in business of postal savings bank.Study the existing in the construction of team of customer manager A branch through questionnaires and interviews,study the appropriate solutions,helps to realize the A branch customer manager team optimization goal,for the future of the company business line marketing,customer maintenance work to provide constructive suggestions,at the same time it is also a reference for other commercial banks marketing management.
