Research On Performance Evaluation Of Financial Poverty Alleviation In Guizhou Province

Poverty eradication is the biggest problem faced by developing countries in their economic development and the focus of our government’s work.Poverty alleviation work in China for many years,as the work of poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation and development model has also been innovation,with the help of the party and the people,China’s poverty alleviation work has obtained many achievements,the21 stcentury,the financial institutions began to participate in the financial poverty alleviation work,the continuous improvement of financial environment made the financial poverty alleviation gradually dominate the poverty alleviation,along with poverty alleviation work,financial poverty alleviation funds play a support role,supporting the industry,tourism poverty alleviation and other patterns for poverty alleviation development.Through the evaluation of financial poverty alleviation performance and the analysis of its influencing factors,it is helpful to understand the current stage of financial poverty alleviation work,and provides the basis for further exploration of financial poverty alleviation innovation model.In 2020,China will achieve the goal of comprehensive poverty alleviation.At present,there are still a large number of people who have not been lifted out of poverty,so the task of poverty alleviation is still arduous.Therefore,it is crucial to analyze the benefits of poverty alleviation.Based on the background of financial poverty alleviation and economic statistics,this paper establishes a financial poverty alleviation performance evaluation system to study the effects of financial poverty alleviation and draws corresponding conclusions.This paper mainly studies the related problems of financial aid for the poor from three aspects.Firstly,starting with the analysis of the development of financial poverty alleviation,this paper analyses the concept and connotation of financial poverty alleviation,the development process of financial poverty alleviation in China,and the current situation of financial poverty alleviation in Guizhou Province under the background of financial poverty alleviation in China,mainly including the achievements made in recent years and the problems encountered in the process of poverty alleviation in Guizhou Province.Questions are put forward according to the problems in the process of poverty alleviation.Then through studying the literature of financial poverty alleviation in other provinces,combined with the characteristics of poverty in Guizhou Province,the performance evaluation index system of financial poverty alleviation is designed.Finally,the performance evaluation is carried out byusing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,we use the data of Guizhou Province from 2012 to 2017 to do empirical analysis,to test the rationality of the performance evaluation system,and finally draw the relevant conclusions of financial poverty alleviation in Guizhou Province.
