Study On Performance Evaluation Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Wusheng County,Sichuan Province

The "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Winning Poverty and Fighting against Poverty" and the "Outline for China's Rural Poverty Alleviation and Development Program(2011-2020)" highlighted the importance of China's industrial poverty alleviation work and supported the construction of a group of poor people with high participation.Agricultural bases,formulating development plans for characteristic industries in impoverished areas.Poverty reduction by the industry is an important way to win the battle against poverty,play an increasingly important role,and is also an important part of building a harmonious socialist society.At present,industry poverty alleviation has achieved certain results,but at the same time there are still insufficient incentives for the industry,insufficient implementation of poverty alleviation policies,and lack of corresponding benefit-sharing mechanisms for poor households.In particular,under the policy of industrial poverty alleviation,how can we effectively improve poverty alleviation performance? Important practical significance.This paper is based on the relevant basic theories of industrial poverty alleviation,and discusses the mechanism of industrial poverty alleviation.Integrate the socio-economic development of Wusheng County,explore the causes of poverty in Wusheng County,analyze the industrial poverty alleviation in Wusheng County,including the content of poverty alleviation in the industry and the main modes,and combine case studies to analyze Wusheng's current situation from a macro perspective.Analyze the effectiveness of industrial poverty alleviation.Based on this,the author uses the analytic hierarchy process,combines endogenous development principles and resource allocation principles from the perspective of poor households to establish the four dimensions of economic income,production capacity,development foundation and self-development ability to determine the industrial poverty alleviation performance evaluation system.And using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to empirically analyze the industrial povertyalleviation performance in Wusheng County.The conclusions of the study indicate that poor households have obtained considerable economic income,production capacity,and self-development ability from the industrial poverty alleviation;For the overall economy and society in Wusheng County,poverty reduction efficiency and economic and social benefits are obvious.Therefore,increase investment in poverty alleviation funds and strengthen government implementation;continue to promote industrial poverty alleviation and expand the income of poor households.Increase agricultural production technology and training.Paying Attention to the Leading Role of the New Type of Agricultural Management Body in Poverty Alleviation.This will in turn increase the ability of poor households to develop themselves and the social and economic sustainable development of Wusheng County.
