"Government Silver Enterprise Household Insurance" In Longhua County Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Financial Poverty Alleviation

With the deepening of the process of economic system reform in China,the model of poverty alleviation has also changed greatly.As a new model of poverty alleviation,financial poverty alleviation has taken on more responsibility for poverty alleviation.From the reality,Longhua County first explored and perfected the financial poverty alleviation mode of "government silver enterprise household insurance",solved the difficult problem of poor households and achieved remarkable results.However,in the process of carrying out the model,there were also problems such as insufficient fund support and imperfect guarantee system.Based on this,this paper is the paper to the Longhua County.Performance evaluation and Research on financial poverty alleviation.This paper sets up a set of performance evaluation system of financial support for poverty alleviation of "government silver enterprise household insurance" in theory,and puts forward suggestions to improve the financial poverty alleviation mode of "government silver enterprise household insurance" in Longhua County according to the evaluation result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The conclusion can improve the performance of "government silver enterprise household insurance" in Longhua County,and make it more applicable.In order to make this model better play an active role in the poverty alleviation,it also provides relatively mature practical guidance for the promotion of the financial aid to the poor in the whole province.This paper takes the model of "government silver enterprise household insurance" in Longhua County as the research object,and uses the method of literature research,theoretical analysis and actual cases,questionnaire investigation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to form the model of financial aid to poverty in Longhua County from the form of "government silver enterprise household insurance" in Longhua County.On the basis of the five subjects,the performance evaluation index system of "government silver enterprise household insurance" in Longhua County was constructed,and the index weights were obtained by analytic hierarchy process.On this basis,the performance evaluation was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the results of performance evaluation were analyzed.According to the evaluation results,some pertinent suggestions are put forward.Through the study,the following conclusions can be drawn:the performance score of the financial poverty alleviation model of "government,banking,enterprise and household security" in Longhua County is 86.17,and the evaluation result is good.The input index and output index are 87.27 and 87.75 respectively.It can be seen that the input performance of the government,the bank and the insurance company and the output performance of the enterprises,the poor and the insurance companies have the same important contribution to the performance of the financial aid to the poor.In terms of investment,the evaluation value of insurance companies is the highest,but the number of insurance agencies is only one of the Pacific Insurance companies.The result of the government's evaluation is between good and good,but it is lower than the evaluation value of the other indicators of the same dimension.Therefore,the government should improve its contribution rate in the process of poverty alleviation.In terms of output,the evaluation value of the bank and the insurance company is 91.33,followed by the poor households and the enterprises.In this model,the income of the poor and the enterprises is not only raised,but also the operating income of the financial institutions is increased,but it is found that the income of the poor and the enterprises should be further improved according to the results of the evaluation.The innovation of this paper is that from the five main bodies of government,banks,enterprises,farmers and insurance companies,the performance evaluation index system of "government silver enterprise household insurance" in Longhua County is constructed,and the performance of "government silver enterprise household insurance" in Longhua County is evaluated from two aspects of input and output.Investment and output have a direct impact on performance.Through the evaluation of input indicators and output indicators,it is more reasonable to reflect the performance of financial poverty alleviation of "government silver enterprise household insurance" in Longhua County.
