| With the deepening of economic globalization,enterprises from all over the world are deeply cultivating the international market.so that enterprises can develop in the soil of the international market.China as the biggest developing country,except the huge domestic market,it has been extended to the international market,from the strategy of "going out",to "one belt one road" strategy,the state continuously seeking overseas market's development direction for Chinese companies,and the Chinese private enterprise enter into the national actively,today,private enterprises have a strong momentum of outward investment,play an important role in ODI.and will certainly make great contributions to China's economic development.In order to better "go out".it is necessary for Chinese private enterprises to clarify the efficiency of enterprises' ODI and know which factors make greater contributions to their ODI.As a measure of ODI,total factor productivity of enterprises directly reflects the effect of ODI.Therefore,empirical research on the productivity of Chinese private enterprises' ODI has both theoretical and practical value.This paper measures the total factor productivity of private enterprises through the L-P method.The empirical analysis shows that there is indeed a learning effect of private enterprises in ODI,and the learning effect ofprivate enterprises in continuous ODI is more obvious.Further regression of the productivity measurement model shows that the sample passes the significance test of 1%confidence level.The study also finds that ODI has a great contribution to the improvement of productivity of private enterprises,which is embodied in the enterprise scale.absorption capacity and cross-border mergers and acquisitions have a significant promoting effect on the improvement of total factor productivity of private enterprises in China.Through a series of studies,it is expected to provide reference for C hinese private enterprises to improve the enterprise heterogeneity. |
