The Impact Of Manufacturing Servitization On Total Factor Productivity Of Manufacturing Industry From The Perspective Of Heterogeneity

Manufacturing,as the main body of national real economy,is the foundation of nation-building,the instrument of national rejuvenation and the foundation of powerful country.Chinese manufacturing industry is facing the weakening of the advantages of labor and land costs,and the double squeeze of quickening the return of the western manufacturing industry.In order to break through the bottleneck of the development of revenue decline,lack of innovation,and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry,The service strategy of manufacturing industry has risen to the height of national strategy.There are few literatures directly discussing the relationship between manufacturing service and manufacturing total factor productivity,and the research perspective is mainly industry heterogeneity,but lack of regional heterogeneity,and there are few literatures on the relationship between manufacturing service and manufacturing total factor productivity,and the lack of regional heterogeneity is the main point of view.In view of this,this paper analyzes the theoretical mechanism of manufacturing servitization affecting the total factor productivity of manufacturing industry from the perspective of regional heterogeneity,and empirically analyzes the effect of manufacturing service differentiation on the total factor productivity of manufacturing industries at different regional levels and the short-term constraints.The board proposes targeted countermeasures to promote the manufacturing service process and improve the efficiency of the manufacturing industry.This paper firstly combs the relevant research results at home and abroad,expounds the connotation of manufacturing service,and analyzes the impact mechanism of manufacturing service on the total factor productivity of manufacturing.Then,uses the latest OECD/WTO published input-output table,China Input-Output Table and China Industrial Enterprise Database,the impact of manufacturing serviceization on total factor productivity of manufacturing industry was empirically tested at the national and provincial levels.Through research,this paper has the following conclusions: At the national level,manufacturing servitization has a "the saddle type" relationship with manufacturing total factor productivity.At the first stage,manufacturing servitization promotes technological efficiency improvement by deepening the division of labor.At the second stage,service and product homogeneity results in "paradox of servitization".At the third stage,the breakthrough depends on the technical improvement.Generally,China still remains at the second stage with the "paradox of servitization".The internal root cause is the lack of leading enterprises to lead differentiated production,and external obstacles are the absence of high-end composite talents.At the provincial level,the regional heterogeneity of China's 30 provinces is significant.It is roughly represented by the four major types,"saddle type",inverted "U" type,"U" type and insignificant relation type.The servitization level of the "saddle type" provinces is not high,the proportion of labor-intensive industries in inverted "U" type provinces is relatively large,the application scope of big data in "U" provinces is narrow and the modern manufacturing base of insignificant relationship provinces is weak.According to the present situation and the research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the national level and the provincial level respectively.
