The put forward of the Trade Facilitation Agreement(TFA)has made a new breakthrough in the development of international trade.According to relevant statistics,as of the first half of 2018,the number of users who frequently use the Internet for online shopping in China has reached 75 million.cross-border e-commerce transactions have reached 4.5 trillion yuan,an increase of 25% over the same period last year.The policy background of “One Belt,One Road” has opened up markets for cross-border e-commerce development and brought opportunities.At this stage,the scale of cross-border e-commerce import and export transactions accounts for a large proportion of China's international trade.Efforts to increase the scale of cross-border e-commerce import and export transactions will soon become a new growth point and breakthrough for China's economy.At the same time,among the countries along the “Belt and Road”,ASEAN countries have close trade relations with China,and have been vigorously developing the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the trade facilitation of ASEAN countries on the scale of cross-border e-commerce transactions in China.influences.This paper analyzes the impact of trade facilitation indicators of ASEAN countries on the scale of cross-border e-commerce import and export transactions in China through data collection and the level of trade facilitation of ASEAN countries,the degree of cooperation between ASEAN countries and China,and the signing of relevant agreements between ASEAN countries and China.So far,ASEAN is China's third largest trading partner,and China is also the largest trading partner of ASEAN.Therefore,this paper collects six trade facilitation indicators and GDP in ASEAN countries during 2013-2017,and use iResearch's statistical methods to calculate the trading volume of cross-border e-commerce in ASEAN countries in 2013-2017,using Fixed Effect Model analyzes the impact of ASEAN countries' trade facilitation indicators on the scale of cross-border e-commerce import and export transactions in China.Finally,it is concluded that the scale of China's cross-border e-commerce import transactions is positively correlated with the exporting country's GDP,infrastructure construction,business environment,government policy transparency and Internet usage.The scale of China's cross-border e-commerce export transactions is positively correlated with the importing country's GDP,infrastructure construction,government policy transparency and the number of Internet users,and negatively correlated with the prevalence of non-tariff barriers.This paper analyzes the related problems of cross-border e-commerce in the development of ASEAN countries from the quantitative and qualitative directions,as well as the factors that hinder the development of cross-border e-commerce in ASEAN countries,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to accelerate China-ASEAN.Suggestions for the development of trade facilitation in the Free Trade Zone.
