It is a worldwide problem to guard against the food safety risk.The substantive characteristics of food safety risk is the information asymmetry,but the food traceability system provides a reliable and persistent information flow on the supply chain to implement monitoring the process of food production and flow direction,and then identify the source of the problem and implement the recall by traceability.It is considered as a one of the main tools to prevent food safety risks fundamentally in the world.In order to draw lessons from the international experience,effectively guard against the risk of food safety in China,the department of commerce and the Ministry of Finance started to promote the construction pilot of traceability system for meat and vegetable circulation nationwide in 2010 after the outbreak of the "Sanlu milk powder" event in 2008.In general,the traceability system of meat and vegetable circulation in China is still at the initial stage.At this time,we should objectively evaluate the situation about the acceptance of local consumers,which about the traceability system of meat and vegetable circulation and field investigation of the actual construction situation of the traceability system of meat and vegetable circulation.It is particularly important to judge the ability level of risk control of food safety about the traceability system of meat and vegetables circulation from the above two aspects to reach what degree.Therefore,this paper puts forward the research idea on the construction situation of the traceability system of meat and vegetable circulation,through using field investigation to analyse the situation construction of meat and vegetable circulation,taking the hardware facilities of the traceability system of meat and vegetable circulation,taking the consumer acceptance as the foothold and ensuring the authenticity and scientificity of the investigative situation.In this paper,the methods of literature study,inductive deductive method,comparative study method,quantitative and quali tative analysis,field investigation and the other methods are used in this study to analyse and evaluate the construction of the traceability system of meat and vegetable circulation.To understand the present construction situation of Zhongshan city,which as the the fourth batch of pilot cities for the construction of the traceability system of meat and vegetable in China(the setting and using situation of traceability machine s,acceptance of consumers and so on),collecting survey data and which to be analyzed.Doing an analyse and than evaluate for the overall operation of the traceability system of meat and vegetable circulation.As a result,the impact situation of consumers’ willingness to use the traceability system of meat and vegetable circulation to the system construction is obtained and thus the general principles of consumers’ acceptance for the traceability system of meat and vegetable circulation are put forward,which to provide reference for the construction of the traceability system.Putting forward questions and policy recommendations and then finding the advantages which are summarized and promoted,aiming at insufficient to improve.Enhancing consumers ’ cognition about the traceability system of meat and vegetable circulation can increase consumer s’ enthusiasm of using the traceability system of meat and vegetable circulation.It has certain significance for the construction of the realistic food safety traceability system.
