Research On Ecological Livable Village Construction In Mihe Town

In October 2017,the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China proposed to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.The 2018 central no.1document also pointed out that ecological livability is the key to rural revitalization.Due to historical and realistic reasons,some of the rural ecological environment suffered serious destruction,the farmers of the ecological environment protection consciousness is not strong,some single rural industrial structure,there is a certain gap between the requirements of green development,the living environment renovation in rural areas also face a difficult and onerous task.It is because of the existence of these phenomena for a long time that they seriously restrict the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and become a stumbling block to the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Therefore,the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the construction of ecological livable village,is related to the well-being of farmers,urgent.As an important industrial town,mihe town not only provides economic basis for the local economy,but also damages the local environment.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to change its development mode and improve its environmental conditions.For this reason,zhengzhou,gongyi and mihe town have made regional development plans,aiming to build mihe town into an ecological livable village.In comprehensive utilization of sustainable development theory,a new theory of urbanization,industrial integration,on the basis of theory,industry ecology theory,by using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,in meters river town as research object,is firstly analyzed from four aspects: m river town ecological livable rural construction situation,mainly including air pollution,water pollution governance status and living environment,the present situation in the construction of cultural environment,in general,with the development of each work,m river town ecological livable rural construction has obtained certain achievement.Secondly,through in-depth investigation and research,it is found that the current ecological livable rural construction in mihe town still has problems such as poor environmental construction effect,insufficient investment in infrastructure,great difficulty in the development of ecological industry,and inadequate rural cultural construction.And further analysis found that the main reasons for these problems are:farmers weak ecological consciousness,insufficient capital investment,unclear government responsibility,inadequate supervision,unreasonable industrial structure,farmers active participation in cultural construction enthusiasm is not high.At the same time,aiming at thedevelopment needs of mihe town,the paper puts forward the goal,principles and key points of the construction of ecological livable village in mihe town.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems existing in the construction of ecological livable villages in mihe town.Actively expand the financing channels of construction projects and innovate financing modes;Vigorously develop the ecological industry to achieve efficient use of resources and sustainable economic development;We will strengthen cultural development,dig deeper into cultural resources,highlight cultural features,and create a favorable cultural atmosphere.The innovation of this paper lies in the research on the construction of ecological livable village of mihe town,an important industrial town,in order to provide ideas for the ecological construction,transformation and upgrading of the industrial town.
