Recently,there has been observed increasing awareness within business communities and the significance of going green and Adopting various enviro nment management techniques.As a corporate world is going global,the business is experiencing a shift from a conventional financial structure to a modern capacity-based economy which is ready to explore green economic facets of business.Today,Green Human Resource Management(GHRM)has become a key business strategy for the significant organizations.Green Human Resources Management(GHRM)refers to using Human Resources Management(HRM)practices to reinforce environmental sustainable practices and increase employee's commitment on the issues of Environmental sustainability.It embraces considering concerns and values of environmental management in applying human resources initiatives generating efficiencies and better Environmental Performance(EP)necessary for reducing and employees' carbon footprint.Through theoretical research and empirical research,this paper explores how to build a green human resource management model to improve the production efficiency of enterprises and solve the problem of "non-green" under the trend that enterprises are gradually moving towards "green" mode in modern economy.On the basis of reading the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper studies the influencing factors of Green Human Resource Management in manufacturing enterprises,and on the basis of previous scholars'research,chooses relevant variables and appropriate measurement scales,and then designs formal questionnaires.After confirming the formal questionnaire,the manufacturing enterprises in Changsha City of Hunan Province were issued and collected.The questionnaire data collected were analyzed by SPSS data analysis method.Through the analysis,the influencing factors of Green Human Hesource Management mode in manufacturing enterprises were understood,the common factors were extracted,and the implementation model of it in manufacturing enterprises was established.The analysis methods include reliability analysis,validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,exploratory factor analysis,correlation analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Through the above research,the results show that the implementation of Green Human Resource Management model in manufacturing enterprises is closely related to human resource management measures,the nature of manufacturing enterprises,external intervention,subjective and objective factors,and these five factors interact with each other,the degree of interaction decreases in turn.On this basis,the corresponding promotion measures are put forward from three aspects of government,enterprise and society,which provides a path for the smooth implementation of green human resource management mode in manufacturing enterprises.Through the conclusion of the study and the countermeasures put forward,the problems of "non-green" and "non-environmental protection" existing in Changsha manufacturing enterprises can be solved,the sustainable development of manufacturing enterprises can be promoted,and the stable operation of China's economy can be guaranteed.
