The manufacturing sector is an important part of industrial production, as the main body of China’s national economy. However, with lack of energy structure of China’s coal and energy-intensive industries, it occupies a large proportion in China’s greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, low-carbon economy is the current energy saving target and the means to transformate economic development and to speed up industrial restructuring. It can be said that the low-carbon economy for the development of the manufacturing industry to provide new impetus to the market. Low-carbon technologies and green technology innovation, development, diffusion and large-scale applications are sustainable development lasting protection. Manufacturing low-carbon technologies and green technological innovation is the key to construct a more rational manufacturing green innovation system operating mechanism.In this dissertation, it researches green manufacturing innovation system operating mechanism. First, it is an introduction to the operating mechanism of the green manufacturing innovation system. And then that define the gradual infiltration of the characteristics and functions of the operating mechanism of green innovation system, operational mechanism of the system elements.Secondly, it analyze the operating mechanism to achieve the structural model of the operating mechanism constitutes. And it is a detailed analysis to the various sub-mechanisms of green innovation system, the various mechanisms role in the process and run.Last but not least, it builds evaluation index system based on green innovation system. Mainly started from the factors that impact four mechanisms. The evaluation system is constructed from four dimensions and three levels. The AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) gives weight to each index value, thus, contributes to the establishment of the evaluation model and the results of evaluation. This is the most important part of this dissertation.In recent years, appliance manufacturing industy shows rapid development on the concept of low-carbon and green technology innovation. So the final chapter is empirical research of appliance manufacturing. It proves the feasibility and scientific of the above content, and gives relevant suggestions.
