Manufacturing is the pillar industry in China’s economic development, and the development of the manufacturing industry is inseparable from our country’s construction of economic. Under the globalization of the low-carbon economy, China’s traditional manufacturing industry gradually highlights some defects:low technology content; be in the end of the industrial chain; and the competition ability in international market is weak. However, the root cause of the restriction of the rapid and healthy development of China’s manufacturing industry is that its innovation ability is not promoted in time under the context of green manufacturing. In addition, the environmental background of low-carbon economic claims a higher demand for China’s low power, and low emissions manufacturing. Therefore, improving the devolopment of green manufacturing innovation system has become a key to the development of China’s manufacturing industry uder the challenge of rapidly developed global low-carbon economy.Basing on the existing research, this dissertation studied the evolution of green manufacturing innovation system in low-carbon economy, aiming to provide theoretical support for the developing direction and developing mode of China’s green innovation of manufacturing. Firstly, on the basis of the analysis of domestic and foreign experts and scholars’research of green innovation and low-carbon economy, this dissertation defined and analysised the concept of green manufacturing innovation system in the context of low-carbon economy, and applyed the theory of PEST to analyze the impact of four main influencing factors of manufacturing green innovation system. And on this basis, the four-stage evolutionary process of manufacturing green innovation system and the characteristics of each stage was proposed. Secondly, through the above analysis of the evolution process and its factors of manufacturing green innovation, this dissertation defined the evolution properties of self-organization of manufacturing green innovation system, and further studied the mechanism of system self-organization. With the theory of dissipative, this dissertation analyzed the openness, non-equilibrium, nonlinear interaction, and the fluctuaion system, and then results into the conditions and motives of the evolution of manufacturing green innovation system in low-carbon economy environment, and analyzed the evolutionary ways and the entropy factors, providing a basis for the construction of evolution model of manufacturing green innovation system.On the basis of the above analysis, based on the improved Logistic equation, this dissertation constructed a mathematical model of the evolution of green manufacturing innovation system, and combined with the above evolutionary stage and evolution mechanism of the system, calculated and analyzed the model, and analyzed the whole evolution process of manufacturing green innovation system in low-carbon economy from the view of evolution of self-organization.Finally, through the empirical research on green innovation systems in the petrochemical industry, analyzed the main influention to the system of each state variable in system evolution process, and verified the feasibility and practicality of the evolution model in the evolution process of manufacturing green innovation system, and finally proposed some suggestions and recommendations for the good evolution of manufacturing green innovation system under the background of a low-carbon economy.
