Research On Supply Chain Integration Strategy Of Customized Furniture In Large-scale Decoration Engineering

In recent decades,China's social and economic level has developed rapidly,people's material and spiritual life has been greatly improved,and more and more attention has been paid to the home environment.China's decorative household industry has been developing rapidly.Customized furniture has gradually become a new favorite in the decorative household industry,and is increasingly favored by the vast majority of consumers in the market.The existing customized furniture supply mode in the market has many problems,which lead to high cost,project delay,poor quality and other problems.It can not meet the needs of consumers more and more.The customized furniture industry chain in decoration engineering needs a profound change urgently.Taking customized furniture in decoration engineering as the object of study,this paper adopts the research method of combining quantitative with qualitative,theoretical and empirical methodsFirstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,the theoretical basis,and elaborates and analyses the supply chain structure,supply mode and process of customized furniture.On this basis,it summarizes many problems existing in the supply chain,and obtains the necessity of the integration of the supply chain of customized furniture in decoration engineering.Combining with the existing supply chain integration mode of customized furniture in the market,the advantages and disadvantages are expounded respectively.Through comparison,it is concluded that the supply chain integration mode with decoration enterprises as the leading core is more in line with the actual development of customized furniture market.Then,the supply chain integration mode with decoration enterprises as the core is further analyzed,and how to integrate the supply chain with decoration enterprises as the core is specifically analyzed from three links of purchase,processing and sales.The internal structure and operation mode of the mode are analyzed,and a mathematical model is established to calculate the supply chain cost,which is compared with the traditional supply chain integration mode.The economic benefit advantage of this model is demonstrated.Finally,taking H company,a large decoration enterprise,as an example,combined with the background,supply chain status and resource advantages of the enterprise,the specific operation methods of the mode are formulated,and the final results are evaluated,and the relevant implementation experience is summarized,which provides a certain reference for the business transformation of customized furniture enterprises.This study provides a new way of thinking for the supply mode change of customized furniture in decoration engineering,and has important guiding significance for reducing costs,improving enterprise efficiency and reducing waste.
