Research Based On Supply Chain Integration Strategy Of ASL Company After Merger & Acquisition

As one of the important approch of the rapid growth and social re allocation of the various enterprises, enterprise merger has been widely used by domestic and foreign large enterprises. In M & A, supply chain integration is a hot spot in the field of supply chain study, but the integration of supply chain is a difficult and complex task. More and more enterprises begin to realize that the competition among enterprises is the competition of supply chain management. The good and bad of supply chain management is directly related to the success and failure of enterprise merger and acquisition.In this paper, the problems and risks in the integration of supply chain management in the process of ASL company’s supply chain management are analyzed. The problems such as high inventory, low turnover rate, supply and demand imbalance, logistics integration are analyzed. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth integration of supply chain, the integration of decision-making, planning and implementation of testing and control. Finally, ASL supply chain integration performance data is used to explain the success of supply chain integration and the need to improve.
