At present,enterprises all over the world are paying more and more attention to the assessment of employee performance,and the importance of performance management has begun to attract widespread attention.Most of China's enterprises are no exception,especially tobacco companies,which have achieved certain results in performance management.However,due to China's attitude towards the tobacco industry and its wait-and-see attitude,coupled with the institutional problems of enterprises,the company's performance inspection and management methods can not be effectively improved.The serious problems currently existing in tobacco companies include:Most enterprises have unclear positioning on the division of positions and division of departmental responsibilities;the efficiency of internal cooperation is not high,which leads to the decrease of customer satisfaction with products;there are many loopholes in the performance evaluation standards for employees.Therefore,in the current new economic situation,tobacco companies must develop employee performance appraisal standards suitable for enterprise development to achieve the progress of internal management.This will not only promote the development of the company itself,but also have an important impact on the long-term development of tobacco companies.At present,most of the major performance appraisal standards of tobacco companies are established on the basis of the traditional financial indicator system.The biggest problem is that there is a bias in the emphasis on various appraisals.Therefore,the current performance appraisal standard evaluation system does not reflect the real development of the enterprise correctly,rationally and scientifically.This paper adopts the Balanced Scorecard Method(abbreviated as BSC)to study the short-term and long-term development goals of the enterprise through the perspective of corporate strategy,and develop a performance management system suitable for tobacco companies,so that the strategic goals of the enterprise are more practical and operational.The ultimate transformation of the company's development goals and the tactics required for development.This article first introduces the relevant data of A Tobacco Company in detail,analyzes the current performance and performance of the company through the obtained data,and finds potential problems.Then use the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)method to establish the internal management,learning growth,customer,financial and other aspects of the indicator system,in order to achieve the refinement of the company's strategic objectives,and at the same time find the company's corresponding key performance indicators Through the expert evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process,the target performance indicators are assigned corresponding values,and then a complete PDCA system is established to ensure its normal assessment..
