J is a representative auto manufacturing enterprise in domestic, but manyproblems exists in the performance management system has been severelyhampered its rapid development pace. So the optimization of the performancemanagement system is imminent for the success of the enterprise in theincreasingly fierce competition.This article uses the literature research method, expert Interview method andhierarchical analysis and other research methods, starting from the performancemanagement and balanced scorecard theory, described the performancemanagement concepts, processes, and introduced the BSC basic content, the corethought and index system in detail. Next analyzed the status quo of theperformance management and point out the main problems in J company, andfinally combined with the theory of the BSC and the related experience to optimizethe design on the J company performance management system. The main contentsinclude the key performance index of J company level and department level andemployee’s performance management indicator system construction. Finally, thearticle make a brief description of the BSC implementation process and put forwardthe principles and safeguards of the BSC implementation.The dissertation enriches the related field of BSC,offers the new idea ofdesigning personal performance indicators.The theory and practice arecombined by the concrete case.It has some values to the research ofperformance management and the practice in company....
